The error says VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found when Real.exe opens.

The x64 Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable was downloaded from Microsoft.

Real was opened again after the installer finished or Windows restarted.

Troubleshooting

Steps

01Confirm the missing runtime error

If Windows shows Real.exe - System Error and says VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found, the Visual C++ runtime Real needs is missing or broken.

02Install or repair Visual C++ x64

Download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) from Microsoft. Open vc_redist.x64.exe, accept the license terms, then choose Install. If it is already installed, choose Repair.

03Open Real again

After setup finishes, restart Windows if the installer asks for it. Then open Real again. If the same DLL error remains, reinstall the redistributable once more and send support a screenshot.
