02End Real in Task Manager
Open Task Manager, search for Real, select each Real process, and choose End task. This clears the stuck app session before you start again.
03Open Real again
Start Real from Windows Search or your shortcut. Wait a few seconds for the window to appear. If it still stays hidden, repeat the Task Manager cleanup once and send support a screenshot.
