Use the correct Real account before resetting any device.

Reset only when you are switching device or Real blocks login because another device is linked.

If the cooldown is active, wait until the Dashboard or browser reset page allows another reset.

Steps

01Reset from the Dashboard

Sign in on the website, open the Dashboard Devices tab, and remove the device binding you no longer use. A Real account can only be linked to one device at a time. After the binding is removed, open Real on the new PC and sign in again.

02Reset during app login

If your account is linked to device 1 and you try to sign in on device 2, Real opens the browser login flow and shows a device reset screen automatically. Press Reset device there, then continue signing in on the new device.

03Respect the cooldown

Device reset is controlled by your plan cooldown and cannot be skipped. Use it only when you changed PC, reinstalled Windows, or Real says the account is linked to another device. This is different from the Roblox HWID Spoofer.
