Returns the current FPS cap value represented by Roblox, or 0 when the value cannot be read.
استدعه من دون parameters. تقرأ الدالة السياق المطلوب من حالة runtime الحالية.
يعيد fpsCap (number). استخدم جدول returns للفصل بين قيم النجاح ونتائج nil والأخطاء القابلة للمعالجة.
